Admission Guidelines for Academic Session 2024-25
Admission Procedure
- To be a part of GD Goenka Public School, Hapur, for the session 2024-25 you need to register the child by either personally collecting the registration form from the school office or you can opt for the facility of online registration
- The forms can be purchased from the school office from Monday- Saturday between 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.
- A pre-arranged appointment needs to be taken for a School tour. Appointments are usually available on Saturdays.
- Selections for classes Nursery – VIII would be made on the basis of oral interaction with the student. And Final interaction will be held between the Parents and the Principal. There will be no written-test. The date and time for the interaction would be intimated to you by the school office.

Documents Required at the time of Admission.
- Photocopy of the Birth certificate duly attested by the Gazetted officer
- Two passport-size colour photographs of the child and one each of both the parents.
- For class II and above, the previous 3yrs report card is mandatory.
- Transfer Certificate of the previous school to be submitted at the time of admission.
- From Class – II onward, a student will be admitted only after submission of a transfer certificate from the previous school

Primary Grade
The Next step to learning and growing. Here students get knowledge in a wider range which helps them to think even more. Various activities are conducted so that the child grows in a versatile way. A child starts thinking and growing on their own.

Secondary Grade
The age and phase where many experiments are done in all streams learning, activity, and so on. Students here are given the freedom to think and grow. I feel that this phase is exciting as they are exposed to many new things which helps them to judge what is right and wrong.
